History

- In 1960 Nespak Benelux was created in Overijse. In the very beginning operations was restricted to thermoforming, but from 1965 on, Nespak also extruded its own foils.
- In 1975 a new factory building was built in Wavre, where operations still is today.
- By early 1991, all activities were concentrated in Wavre.
- In 1992 the name of the company was changed into Omniform.
- In 1993, the late Mark de Sommer took over the company, resulting soon in new investments in injection molding processes. This strategy of 2 interactive processes, thermoforming & injection molding, has been the foundation four Omniforms future successes.
- In 2005 the company was taken over by the family Van Zele.
- In 2008 the new owners are writing the next chapter in Omniforms history.
